For the Compatibility Report, yes - both individuals complete separate assessments so the psychologist can analyse the specific pairing. For Verification, consent from the person being verified is mandatory. For Horoscope Matching, both birth charts are required, but only one party needs to initiate the service.
Our verification covers identity confirmation, employment and income verification, educational background, financial health indicators, and legal history (court records, criminal records). Every check is conducted with the individual's written consent and handled by our team with legal sensitivity. We do not conduct covert investigations.
We offer a refund on services that have not yet commenced. Once a report has been initiated - assessments sent or verifications begun - we are unable to offer a full refund as professional time has been allocated.
